1. About Undaunted Spirits

Undaunted Spirits (Нескорені духом) provides:

• Wheelchairs and walkers to 47 people with mobility disabilities
• Medical supplies to 89 veterans recovering from combat injuries
• Food packages to 156 elderly residents in Ternopil
• Emergency aid to families displaced by conflict

3.1 How We Process Donations

We accept:

• International bank transfers (SWIFT)
• Online payments when available

3.2 How We Use Your Donation

100% volunteer-driven. Zero administrative overhead. Your donation funds:

• $180 = 1 wheelchair for a person with mobility disability
• $45 = 1 walker for an elderly community member
• $25 = 1 week of groceries for a family displaced by conflict
• $15 = medical supplies for a veteran

3.3 Tax Deductibility

Ukrainian taxpayers may qualify for tax benefits under Ukrainian law. International donors should consult their tax advisor.

3.4 Refund Policy

We deploy funds immediately to urgent needs. We cannot process refunds. Before donating:
